Fact-finding

Driven by a passion for truth finding, PSG conducts fact-finding. This fact-finding contributes to fair justice and plays a decisive role in delaying a dispute. Such an investigation may be carried out in the context of various jurisdictions. After initial signals about a (possible) integrity violation, PSG formulates a plan of action, consisting of a balanced research design with a concrete action plan.

The scope of the investigation is precisely defined: not too broad and not too limited. We determine in consultation with you which data need to be secured and analysed.

The client receives a digital report of all underlying material. This gives you all the data relevant to the investigation. The fact-finding results a neutral and objective research result.

(Counter)expertise

For a ‘second opinion’ you have also been at the right place at PSG. On behalf of a lawyer, we regularly assess a file piece or a statement filed by a other party. We hereby review the underlying evidence on completeness, accuracy of interpretation and weigh the facts obtained against alternative scenarios. PSG uses its counter-expertise in Article 12 Sv procedures, among others, where we have demonstrably made a difference in the past.

Criminal law

PSG supports legal law in criminal cases including property and violent crimes, sexual abuse, computer crime, threat and (cyber)stalking.

Surviving Relatives Law

Employment law

In the case of suspicions of unacceptable behaviour by an employee, PSG may investigate or disprove these suspicions. In such an investigation, you may think of theft or embezzlement, threat, taking bribes, misuse of assets, leaking confidential data or personal data, or influencing processes that negatively affect business continuity.

Thanks to years of experience and personal contacts, PSG has access to an extensive arsenal of current data files and a very extensive network both in the Netherlands and internationally. If a research question cannot be answered by us within the legal frameworks, we do not carry out the investigation.

PSG’s forensic investigators have years of experience in defence, police, Interpol and special investigation services. They are all in possession of a permit granted by the Ministry of Justice and Security for private investigation. In addition, they obtained globally recognized certifications, including:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Computer Examiner (CCE)
  • Encase Certified Examiner (EnCE)
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

From small to large, from standard to customization and from high-profile to unique.
